General Policy


All items from the Wall Hangings & Tags section are made to order, therefore please allow up to two weeks for your item to be completed before being shipped. If you require an urgent order, please contact us at 

All other items will be shipped within 48hours of ordering being placed.

Due to the nature of laser cutting and etching, products may have minor charring, in particular, timber products, and is not considered a fault with the product.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from your screen to production and we cannot be held liable for any differences. 

An artwork proof will be sent for all custom orders (purchased outside of website product offering). We will not continue with the order until we have received your approval in writing. It is your responsibility to respond appropriately. We will not be held liable for any delays in processing your order due to customer delays in approving artwork. 

All items are made from food safe grade acrylic. All timber stakes for cake toppers are made from food safe bamboo and are coated with a food safe oil. 

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Our timber/acrylic custom products are not designed to be toys. Please be delicate with your items to ensure their longevity. Please follow Australian Safety standards when hanging items in nurseries and childrens' rooms. String, products and packaging may be hazardous to small children. 


All timber/acrylic custom items are made to order and therefore we do not offer refunds or cancellations on these items so please choose carefully. We do offer refunds on all other products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with reason for refund. If we are unable to resolve the issue, or issue a replacement product, a refund will be offered upon return of the product, minus the delivery fee. A full refund will be offered for products still in full, unopened packaging (including swing tags, stickers and/or labels), minus the delivery fee. Refunds will be processed via original payment method only. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. When you are returning your item for exchange, please include a postage bag for the new product to be sent to you. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with supporting information and photographs. It will be at our discretion whether a refund or replacement item is offered. 

No correspondence will be taken into once a decision has been made.

All refunds and returns will be processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 


Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out, or sell, any of your information to a third party. Depending on which option you select at checkout, either PayPal or Stripe will process your transaction.
